Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 200 g natural yourt
- 30 g cress
- 1 dl milk
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- some parsley
- possibly garlic (granules or fresh, pressed)

- Cut the cucumber into cubes and place in a tall container with all the other ingredients. Puree with the hand blender. Alternatively, the ingredients can also be pureed in a stand mixer.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
- Tips:
- The spices can be varied according to taste.
- It is very refreshing when you add two ice cubes to the glass.
