- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 some pepper
- 1 half onion (s)
- 5 tablespoon, heaped oil, your choice

- Peel the kohlrabi and cut the sticks. Wash the cucumber, leaving the skin on and cut into small sticks.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and let it steep for a moment.
- Add oil to taste and taste. I like to take rapeseed oil or sunflower oil.
