Cucumber and Parsley Smoothies

A light breakfast that can be prepared in minutes – a fresh, juicy, and thick cucumber and parsley smoothie! The addition of ground coriander and red pepper gives the smoothie a special, zesty spice.

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers – 2 pcs. (200 g)
  • Fresh parsley – 6-7 branches (8 g)
  • ground coriander – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground red hot pepper (optional) – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumbers into large pieces and place them in a blender bowl. Grind at high speed until smooth.
  2. Coarsely chop the parsley and send to the blender bowl, setting aside a little for serving if desired. Add ground coriander.
  3. Whisk everything together until the mixture is as smooth as possible. If desired, if the drink is too thick, add some water and whisk again.
  4. The green cucumber and parsley smoothie are ready! Pour it into portioned glasses, sprinkle with red pepper and garnish with herbs.
