- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Wash, peel and finely slice the cucumber.
- Put the remaining ingredients in a blender. Mix until you get a green mixture. Add the sauce to the cucumber slices, mix and serve.
