- 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche

- Wash the cucumber and tomatoes. Cut the cucumber into slices and the tomatoes into quarters, the quarters can also be cut in half, depending on the size of the tomato.
- Now first put the cucumber in a salad bowl and the tomatoes on top. Season the tomatoes with plenty of salt. Then cut an onion into rings (if you like onions, you can of course take two) and place on top of the tomatoes.
- Finally, stir a beaker of créme fraiche over it and stir it vigorously. Don`t be surprised if it seems too stiff at first, the tomatoes will do it in no time! Covered and left to steep for 1 - 2 hours and season to taste every now and then, as the tomatoes are very watery!
- This salad is easy to expand (garlic, paprika ) and is super easy to prepare. We often have it for grilling! Picture will follow.
