Cupcake “White Angel”

If you have a desire to please your sweet tooth with some delicious pastries, prepare a cupcake with a beautiful name “White Angel”. It will be tender, airy and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour – 300 Grams
  • Sugar – 2 Glasses
  • Egg White – 1.5 Cups
  • Vanilla extract – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Almond extract – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon (no slide)

Directions

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Whisk egg whites with vanilla and almond extract until firm peaks.
  3. Gently add flour, sugar and salt to the whites.
  4. Place the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 1 hour.
  5. Remove the finished cake from the mold and cool.
