Ingredients

  • 130 g flour
  • 30 g powdered suar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 50 g mararine
  • 2 tablespoon jam (strawberry vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, sifted powdered sugar, egg yolks and almond liqueur in a bowl. Add the margarine and the finely diced marzipan to the remaining ingredients and knead everything well with your hands. Then put the dough ball in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Shape the dough into balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and make hollows with a round handle. Briefly heat the jam in the microwave and carefully pour a teaspoon into the wells.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 8 minutes.
  4. Makes about 20 cookies.
