Ingredients
- 1 pack dough (fresh shortcrust pastry)
- 400 g marzipan
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon amaretto
- 3 tablespoon jelly (currant jelly)

- Roll out the shortcrust pastry, cut out circles and place on a baking sheet.
- Cut the marzipan into small pieces and mix with the amaretto and egg white until a smooth mass is formed. Use a piping nozzle to squirt rings onto the circles.
- Fill in the middle with jelly. Bake in the convection oven at 150 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
