  • 750 g beef (ox meat)
  • 3 onion (s)
  • marjoram
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • thyme
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • some lemon peel
  • broth
  • 60 g fat

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into leaves.
  2. Roast the finely chopped onions in the fat, add the meat, season with salt and pepper. Add the remaining spices and deglaze with a little broth.
  3. Steam everything for 30 minutes. Dust with flour and add broth. Braise for another 10 minutes.
  4. Noodles go well with it.
