Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 glass morello cherries

For the topping:

  • 100 g butter, at room temperature
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s) OR:
  • 1 teaspoon paste, (vanilla)
  • 0.5 ½ point chocolate flakes, dark
  • 0.5 ½ point chocolate flakes, (whole milk)
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. For the dough:
  2. Make a batter with all the ingredients except the cocoa. Then fill 2/3 of the dough into the greased muffin molds, mix the rest with the cocoa and spread on the light dough.
  3. Then spread the cherries on the dough, approx. 4-5 cherries per muffin, then they will be nice and fruity.
  4. Bake the muffins in a hot oven at 170 ° C (fan oven) for about 20-30 minutes. Chopstick sample. Then let the muffins cool down completely.
  5. For the topping:
  6. Mix the butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together to form a homogeneous mixture. Spread the mixture over the muffins, ideally with a piping bag or something similar.
  7. Then spread the chocolate shavings on the cupcakes that have now cooled down or dip them into the shavings.
  8. Then put everything in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
