Ingredients

  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • some butter-vanilla flavor
  • 1 packet lemon peel flavor
  • 150 ml oil, neutral
  • 200 ml egg liqueur
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold
  • some fat for the shape
  • 1 glass cherry (s), drained very well
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder, English (or 2 baking cocoa plus 1 sugar)
  • 1 shot amaretto
  • 50 g brittle or sliced or chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the electric stove to 160 ° C. Smear the wreath shape with fat and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  2. Whisk egg liqueur and oil together very well. Mix with the salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, butter vanilla flavor and lemon peel with a hand mixer. Put flour and baking powder on top and work in. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Spread the cherries on top. Mix the rest of the batter with the cocoa powder and the amaretto. Mix in 50 g brittle or chopped / pinched almonds and pour onto the cherries.
  3. Put in the oven and bake for about 80 minutes on the 2nd rail from the bottom (make a stick test!).
