It’s easier than ever to bake such a cake with dried fruit. The recipe is one of the simplest: prepare, mix and bake everything (in one large form or in several small ones). Don’t spare raisins, dried apricots, or other dried fruit for a muffin. It will be very nice and tasty.

Ingredients
Butter (room temperature) – 170 g
Sugar (preferably light brown) – 200 g
Large eggs – 3 pcs.
Flour (sifted) – 350 g (slightly more than 2 glasses)
Baking powder – 20 g (2 teaspoon)
Milk – 50 g (2-3 tablespoon. L.)
Dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots) – 400 g (2-3 glasses or to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the bottom and sides of the round (20 cm diameter) with parchment.
Beat the softened butter and sugar with a mixer.
Add eggs one at a time, alternating with flour – add 1 tablespoon after each egg. l. flour.
Stir in the rest of the baking powder and milk.
Cut dried apricots, add dried fruits to the dough.
Pour the dough into the prepared dish. Level the surface. Bake for an hour to an hour and a half (the time depends on the size of the tins) to make the cake firm to the touch. You can check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick – it must be dry.
Cool the cake completely in the tin (preferably on a wire rack). Cupcake with dried fruits is ready! Have a nice tea!
