Cupcakes with Sour Cream

Cupcakes with sour cream are airy and very tasty 🙂
Ingredients
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Sugar – 1 glass
- Thick sour cream – 300 g
- Margarine – 180-200 g
- Soda – 1 teaspoon without slide
- (extinguish soda 1 teaspoon vinegar)
- Flour – about 2 cups
- Raisins – to taste
- Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp
Directions
- Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
- Add sour cream and melted margarine, mix well,
- Add soda, slaked with vinegar (the main thing is not to sprinkle, otherwise there will be a soda taste). Add flour gradually. The dough for muffins on sour cream should be soft, thick, but such that it is easy to pick up with a spoon.
- At the very end, add raisins steamed in hot water beforehand. Mix.
- Fill the molds with dough up to half (no need to grease silicone molds). Bake muffins with sour cream in a preheated oven at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. Baking time is about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the prepared muffins from the molds and roll them hot in powdered sugar, let them cool.
