Cups – Gugelhupf

Instructions

  1. Simply stir together flour, milk, granulated sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, oil, salt and eggs in a bowl, grease the Gugelhupf form (oil, lard), sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  2. Pour half of the liquid batter into the scattered mold. Mix the cocoa into the second half, add the raisins, pour into the mold.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. To check if it`s baked enough, prick it with a toothpick, if it stays dry, remove it. Let cool down a bit - about 5 minutes - then turn it over on a flat plate, place a cold, damp cloth on the mold (chill it) and carefully remove the mold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
