Curd Banana Mousse

Vanilla-chocolate dessert made from cottage cheese and bananas. Delicious and healthy curd mousse for those who follow their figure. Try it!

Ingredients
- Pasty cottage cheese – 1 pack (200 g)
- Bananas – 2 pcs.
- Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp + cocoa for decoration (optional)
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g
- Nuts (optional) – for decoration
Directions
- For the white layer. Beat 0.5 packs of cottage cheese in a blender.
- Add chopped banana and vanilla (vanilla sugar).
- Beat the mixture until smooth.
- For the chocolate layer. In a blender, beat 0.5 packs of cottage cheese, cocoa, and second chopped banana.
- Gently put the white vanilla layer in the bowl with a spoon.
- Then – chocolate.
- On top of the chocolate – white again, in the center.
- If desired, the dessert can be decorated with cocoa powder and nuts.
