Ingredients

  • 700 g pork fillet (s) or half poultry
  • 1 large can peach (s)
  • 3 banana (s)
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon curry
  • Tabasco
  • 6 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • Pepper, black
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the meat, fry the pepper, season with salt and place in a baking dish. Cut the peaches into wedges and the bananas into slices. Put the fruit over the meat. Mix the cream with the curry, spices and ketchup, season to taste. Pour over the meat and fruit mixture, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 °. (Hot air) Serve with rice.
