Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 orange (s)
- 2 small onions
- 20 g iner, fresher
- 10 shrimp (s) 40 grams each without head and shell
- 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 250 g ribbon noodles, fresh from the coolin shelf
- salt and pepper
- 200 ml cream

- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
- Quarter and core the pepper and cut into very fine strips. Fillet the oranges, collecting the orange juice. Cut the onions into very fine cubes. Peel the ginger and grate finely.
- Mix the prawns with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of curry powder in a bowl and let steep for a few minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the prawns in it for 30 seconds on each side, then remove and keep warm.
- Add onions and peppers to the pan and fry briefly. Add 1 tablespoon curry powder and the ginger. Deglaze with the orange juice and cream. Reduce the sauce until creamy over medium heat, season with salt and pepper. Add the prawns and orange fillets to the sauce.
- Drain the pasta, add to the sauce, mix everything together and serve immediately.
