- 125 g butter
- 250 g oat flakes, hearty
- 250 g date (s), dried
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder

- Heat the butter. Stir in the oatmeal, then let cool. Stone the dates and cut into small cubes. Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder together.
- Add the dates and oat flakes, mix everything well and place small heaps on the baking sheet with 2 teaspoons. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
