- 15 date (s), dried, nice and soft
- 1 liter milk
- 3 tablespoon honey

- Remove the seeds from the dates. Bring to the boil together with the milk. Shift down to the lowest possible level.
- Add three tablespoons of honey. If you want, you can of course take less. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Puree with a blender and then chill.
