Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes as boiled potatoes.
Mix the natural yoghurt and flour in a bowl with a spoon until smooth.
Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. While stirring constantly, add the yoghurt flour mixture and bring to the boil. Continue to stir vigorously so that nothing gets stuck to the bottom of the pot. After the soup has boiled and set, add the cream and salt while stirring.
The boiled potatoes are used as a soup. You can also serve bread with it.
The recipe is a typical Lower Bavarian dish for colder days.
