Ingredients

  • 1 cup crème fraîche, natural (alternatively crème légère or sour cream)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 packet cream cheese, plain (or balance)
  • 1 pack herbal cream cheese
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 4 garlic clove (s)
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Herbs, mixed, fresh, frozen or dried

Instructions

  1. Put all the crème fraîche and cream cheese in a bowl. Dice the onion very small and add. Squeeze the garlic and mix everything very well. Season the dip with salt, pepper and the herbs.
  2. Then cover and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
