Ingredients
- 2 bulbs garlic
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon sesame paste
- 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
- salt and pepper

- Divide the garlic bulbs into cloves (do not peel). Roast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- Then let the toes cool, peel and finely chop.
- Heat the oil, simmer the garlic and onions over low heat for 8-10 minutes until soft. Mix with the remaining ingredients and keep warm.
- Serve with bread or possibly vegetables.
