Dogwood and Corn Sticks

Dogwood and corn stick candies are an unusual and healthy treat. Molding sweets with the combination of sticky corn sticks into koloboks will especially delight children.

Ingredients

  • Corn sticks – 180 g
  • Cornel – 60 g
  • Toffee sweets – 8 pcs.
  • Poppy – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Sesame seeds – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sour cream – 1 tablespoon.
  • Condensed milk – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. To make dogwood and corn stick candy, you first need to prepare the ingredients.
    Mix sour cream with condensed milk.
  2. It is necessary to remove the bone from the dogwood. It is more convenient to do this with a knife, cutting the fruit to length and then cutting the flesh across
  3. Break the sticks at random.
  4. Melt sweets in a mixture of sour cream and condensed milk. To speed up the process, it is better to finely chop them beforehand.
  5. Add cornelian cherry to the hot mass, mix.
  6. Quickly, using a spoon, pour the thick sweet mass into a container with chopsticks. Mix gently.
  7. Stir the poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
    Taking 6 pieces of sticky sticks, form koloboks, and sprinkle them with a sesame-poppy mixture. Slight discomfort when molding candy can be alleviated by wearing rubber gloves.
  8. You can serve candies with dogwood right away, but it is better to keep them in the cold for 20 minutes.
