Ingredients
- 5 large strawberries (including 1 for garnish)
- sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 scoops ice cream, vanilla
- 1 scoop / n ice cream, strawberry
- milk

- Wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces.
- Sprinkle with a lot of sugar and the vanilla sugar and let it steep.
- Later puree the strawberries together with the resulting juice. Add ice and mash again until it has a creamy consistency.
- Pour into a glass, fill up with milk and stir well.
- Garnish with a strawberry and serve with a straw.
