Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled parsley, dried
- 1 teaspoon, chopped chives, dried
- 1 teaspoon, leveled dill, dried
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 piece (s) garlic clove (s)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, (brandy vinegar)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon yogurt, heaped, 1.5%
- 1 cup sour cream

- Cut the garlic clove very finely. Mix the sugar, cream, oil, vinegar, juice and yoghurt and add the herbs / spices as required and to taste.
- Can be prepared very well and poured over the grated cucumber just before consumption.
