Instructions

  1. First pour a few drops of vinegar over the soda.
  2. Mix the quark, margarine and egg. Gradually add all the other ingredients. As soon as the dough becomes kneadable, knead many small walnut-sized balls out of it. Place the dough balls on a flat surface and place in the freezer for about 1.5 hours.
  3. Take out the frozen balls and knead each one as follows: Press on the underside of your hand so that the ball is pressed into a flat circle. Sprinkle with sugar and fold in half so that it is now a semicircle. Sprinkle again with sugar and fold in the middle again. Sprinkle the quarter circle again with sugar and make two incisions on the rounded side. Place all paws on a prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. As soon as the cookies are golden, take them out.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
