  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 500 g bacon (belly)
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into rings and the pork belly into cubes. In the case of pork belly, make sure that the cartilage is completely removed. Fry both in the oil in a pan. Then deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and let simmer for a short time.
  2. We also have potatoes.
