  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • Vinegar, to taste
  • 1 salad, (endive or lettuce)
  • Onion (s), in rings
  • Herbs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes.
  2. In the meantime, dice 400 g of lean smoked bacon and leave it out. Sauté 1 chopped onion in the bacon fat until translucent, season with vinegar.
  3. Clean the endive or lettuce and mix in a large bowl with the potatoes, bacon sauce, onion rings and chopped herbs.
