Instructions

First, the elder flowers are washed and then put in a jug. Then the vinegar, lemon juice and sugar are added and everything is mixed once with a spoon. Our drink is now in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. When it`s done, it is served with a couple of lemon wedges.
I got this simple recipe from my grandma and it`s perfect for hot summer days, it tastes best with a few ice cubes.
