Ingredients
- 1 cl syrup, (elderflower syrup)
- some ginger root, finely sliced or grated
- Water, boiling, to fill up
- possibly sugar, for a sugar rim on the glass

- Put the ginger slices and elderberry syrup in a tea glass, pour boiling water over them and let stand for a few minutes. You can now leave the ginger in the glass or fish it out and eat it.
- If you want, you can decorate the glass with a sugar rim made of syrup and sugar before pouring the ingredients.
- The drink is great for light winter colds and also has a high play value. The amounts of all ingredients can be varied depending on the desired sweetness.
