Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 cucumber (farmer`s cucumber)
- 1 shot whipped cream
- herbs, fresh
- salt
- some oil

- Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Peel the cucumber and remove the inside. Then also cut into small pieces.
- Heat some oil in a saucepan and add the vegetables. Deglaze with a little water. Salt and cook for a few minutes. Pour in the dash of cream and simmer again briefly.
- Stir in the fresh herbs before serving.
- Mashed potatoes tastes good with it.
