Fast Wine Cream

Ingredients

• 750 ml wine
• 250 ml water
• 2 ½ pack pudding powder, creamy flavor
• 3 tablespoon sugar, (up to 4 )
• 400 ml cream
• 250 g rapes, seedless, halved

Instructions

1. Mix some water or wine with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar and the custard powder. Bring the rest of the wine and water to the boil. Stir in pudding powder and bring to the boil. Let cool down. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cooled pudding mixture. Fold in the grapes. Serve chilled.
