  • 0.5 ½ fennel
  • 4 leaves Swiss chard
  • 1 small banana (s), ripe
  • 10 date (s), without core
  • water

Instructions

  1. For this smoothie I only use the whites of the chard leaves. I have so many other uses for the green and so this smoothie looks completely different in color. Of course you can vary here, because there are green, yellow, orange and red chard. In any case, I recommend using a mild chard for this smoothie so that the taste of the banana and dates is not obscured.
  2. Cut the fennel and chard stalks into large pieces and place in a blender. Peel the banana and break into pieces, core the dates and put both ingredients in the blender. Then fill up to the 1 liter mark with cold water and blend for at least 2 minutes on the highest setting.
