  • 500 g feta cheese
  • 2 tomato (s), sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed or sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • chives
  • parsley
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Place 250 g of feta cheese on two pieces of aluminum foil. Add the sliced tomatoes, the pressed or sliced garlic and sprinkle with some fresh parsley and chives.
  2. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil over each and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Close the aluminum foil and bake the parcels in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. In summer, these parcels can also be placed on the grill.
  4. Goes well with flatbread or grilled meat.
