Salmon with Asparagus in Foil

Ingredients

  • Asparagus – 450 Grams
  • Salmon fillet – 4 pieces
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt and Spices – To taste (pepper, paprika, ground garlic)

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the asparagus, remove the ends. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal parts and place on foil sheets. Pour some oil over.
  2. Place the fish slices on top. Also, salt to taste and add spices. Drizzle with olive oil a little.
  3. Gather the edges of the foil, make an envelope. Can be closed completely or only halfway. Bake on the grill or oven at 230 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  4. Salmon with asparagus in foil is ready. Serve the dish hot, adding sauce if desired.
