Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon ajvar, hot
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 sprig rosemary, or dried, finely ground
- Chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream

- Cut the feta into cubes, then mash it with a fork. A few larger chunks can be left behind. Mix with the ajvar, the finely chopped garlic, possibly chilli flakes and the finely chopped rosemary. If necessary, add more liquid cream. However, I usually do it without adding any cream. Salting is not necessary, but can be done if necessary.
- Goes well with grilled meat and is delicious on fresh baguette or ciabatta.
- Those who like rosemary will kneel down in the feta.
