Ingredients

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon ajvar, hot
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 sprig rosemary, or dried, finely ground
  • Chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the feta into cubes, then mash it with a fork. A few larger chunks can be left behind. Mix with the ajvar, the finely chopped garlic, possibly chilli flakes and the finely chopped rosemary. If necessary, add more liquid cream. However, I usually do it without adding any cream. Salting is not necessary, but can be done if necessary.
  2. Goes well with grilled meat and is delicious on fresh baguette or ciabatta.
  3. Those who like rosemary will kneel down in the feta.
