- 100 g walnuts
- 100 g feta cheese
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- 4 tablespoon tomato paste
- 6 drops lemon juice
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Grind the walnuts, the feta and the garlic cloves very finely in a blender until a paste is formed. Then mix with the tomato paste and lemon juice. Season to taste with a little olive oil, salt, paprika and pepper.
