Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 100 g cherry tomato (s), halved
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed through
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut lengthways into approx. 5 mm thick slices and layer in a greased baking dish like a roof tile. Roughly crumble the feta cheese and mix in a bowl with the olive oil, the garlic cloves and the spices. Spread this mixture on the zucchini slices and add the halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes on the lowest rack (until the feta cheese is lightly browned). Serve immediately.
