Ingredients

  • 4 peach (s)
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 25 g almond (s) or nuts
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 4 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 50 ml peach liqueur
  • 50 ml amaretto

Instructions

  1. Halve the peaches and remove the stone. Here it is very important that they are well ripe so that the stone can be loosened easily!
  2. Roughly hollow out with a sharp knife, put the cut pulp aside.
  3. Place the peaches in a lightly buttered baking dish.
  4. Finely chop the dark chocolate.
  5. Briefly chop the nuts with butter, sugar and oat flakes in a blender, then add the peach meat and let it spin again briefly.
  6. Now remove the mixture and mix it with the chocolate.
  7. Pour into the hollowed out peaches.
  8. Now pour in the wine and the liqueurs and cook in the oven at 200 ° C on the second from the bottom for about 30 minutes. If the chocolate threatens to burn, turn the temperature down a little about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  9. Serve the peaches hot with vanilla ice cream.
  10. The brew can be easily passed through and e.g. boiled down to a very aromatic jelly or enjoyed as a drink
  11. Instead of the peaches, you could probably use nectarines!
  12. If you don`t have peach liqueur or amaretto on hand, you can replace it with more white wine.
