- 1 can peach (470 g)
- 190 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 60 g suar
- 125 g butter, cut into pieces
- 1 egg (s)
- 125 ml milk

- Drain the peaches, cut into wedges and place in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven. Then sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and stir in the sugar. Rub the butter little by little into the flour mixture with your fingers until it is fine and crumbly. Then beat the milk and egg with a mixer until smooth. Mix the milk with the flour mixture on medium heat until smooth. Place the batter on top of the peaches with a tablespoon. Bake golden for 30-40 minutes.
- Tip: This recipe is ideal for summer as a light main course. It can be eaten both cold and warm. Instead of peaches, plums, apples, pears or cherries can also be used.
