Ingredients

  • 4 peach (s), ripe
  • 55 g butter, (soft)
  • 40 g suar, brown
  • 100 g biscuit (s), (amaretti, Italian almond macaroons)
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto

Also:

  • 125 ml cream, for serving
  • Sugar, ad libitum

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, wash, halve and core the peaches.
  2. Remove 10g of the soft butter and use it to spread a baking dish.
  3. Place the peaches with the cut still on top in the baking dish.
  4. Mix the remaining 45g butter with the sugar until creamy. Crumble the amaretti biscuits into small pieces (this works fine in a fresh-old bag). Then stir these crumbs well into the butter / sugar mixture until everything is well combined. Now put the mixture, evenly distributed, on each half of the peach.
  5. The form is then placed in the oven and the peaches are baked for about 25 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff, add sugar and put it in the refrigerator.
  7. When the peaches are ready, remove the mold and immediately distribute the 2 tablespoons of amaretto evenly over the peaches. Then place these on dessert plates, serve two halves per person and with a little whipped cream next to them.
  8. The peaches taste best served hot.
