Ingredients

  • 150 g broccoli (florets)
  • 3 peach (s) (halves) fresh or unsweetened from the can
  • 1 small chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon nuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 30 g cheese, rated
  • 2 tablespoon rice, cooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry

Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli in salted water until al dente. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Dice the peaches. Pat the fillet dry and fry all over in the oil, season with soy sauce and curry. Place in a baking dish, spread the peaches, nuts and cheese on top. Dust with paprika and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Serve with broccoli and rice.
  3. This is a diet recipe that my family often wants. Also very popular with children.
