Ingredients

  • 4 medium pork roulade (s) or butterfly steaks
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 200 g bacon
  • 2 egg (s)
  • some breadcrumbs
  • some oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice ham, onion and approx. 3-4 mushrooms and sauté in a pan with a little oil.
  2. Season the pork roulades with a little salt and pepper and fill with the mixture.
  3. Fold the whole thing up and secure it with toothpicks, then turn it in the egg and bread it.
  4. The remaining mushrooms are cut into slices and fried with the bacon.
  5. We also have hash browns!
