Ingredients

  • 4 thin pork neck steaks
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 glass mushrooms, cut or fresh mushrooms
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 2 onions)
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 4 slices cheese (Edam cheese)
  • Fat, for frying
  • 2 tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak and fry in the frying fat. Take out and keep warm. Fry the onion rings, mushrooms and diced ham in the frying fat, reduce the heat, fold in the creme fraiche, season. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cover the steak with the mushroom, onion and mushroom mixture. Place tomatoes and cheese on top. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
