  • 250 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillets into thick slices (2 - 2.5 cm), season with salt and pepper. Peel, quarter and core the apples and place them alternately with the fillet slices in a roasting pan.
  2. For the sauce, stir together the cream, tomato ketchup, curry powder, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Pour over the apples and meat, sprinkle with cheese and cook uncovered at 180 ° in the oven for about 70 - 80 minutes.
