Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into slices and fry briefly on both sides. Then layer them in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the onions into rings and let them turn golden brown in the same pan. Then pour over the fillet.
  3. Heat the cream and the processed cheese in a saucepan until the processed cheese has dissolved. Fold in fresh herbs and pour the sauce over the meat.
  4. Then it goes into the fridge for one night.
  5. Bake in the oven at 200 ° for about 30 minutes.
  6. It tastes very good with spaetzle or croquettes and fresh salads.
  7. If you like, you can also pour canned mushrooms over the meat. It can be prepared very well. If you like more sauce, double the amount of ingredients (I usually do it with spaetzle.)

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
