Ingredients

  • 600 g onion (s)
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • 250 ml meat stock, hot
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 medium potato (s)
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut them into not too thin slices. Braise in olive oil, but do not let it brown. Pour hot meat stock, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into small cubes and add to the meat stock. Let simmer again, add the sliced Cabanossi to the stew 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Wash the chives and cut into rolls. Season the stew with salt, pepper and marjoram, sprinkle with the chives and serve hot.
