Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 750 g apples
  • 80 g suar
  • 20 g vanilla puddin powder or cornstarch
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 egg (s), for brushing
  • possibly breadcrumbs
  • possibly rum raisins

Instructions

  1. Crumble the flour and butter, knead well with the curd cheese and salt, leave to rest in a cool place for 30 minutes.
  2. Peel and grate apples. Mix with sugar, pudding powder and cinnamon, I added raisins soaked in rum and some breadcrumbs.
  3. Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle, fill and roll up, brush with egg. Bake at 200 ° for approx. 30 - 40 minutes. Reduce the heat after 20 minutes.
