Apple Strudel

Puff pastry baking will not leave anyone indifferent!
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
- 3 apples
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup cookie crumbs
- 1 egg
- powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheated the oven to 180 C. Peeled the apples and cut into cubes. I mixed them with sugar, cookie crumbs and flour. Gave it to stand for 20 minutes.
- The dough was cut into 2 parts, rolled out. I put the filling on the dough and then rolled it into a roll.
- Put it on a prepared baking sheet (on parchment). Smeared with the yolk. I made incisions. Baked for 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Then it cooled down, cut it, and sprinkled it with powdered sugar. That’s all!))
