Ingredients

  • 50 g ladyfiners
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 500 g apples
  • 150 g blackberries
  • 1 packet puff pastry, (cooling shelf, roll 275 g)
  • 3 tablespoon whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Crumble the ladyfingers with your fingers and mix with the sugar and cinnamon powder. Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut the apple quarters crosswise into thin slices. In a bowl, mix carefully with the crumbs and blackberries. Unroll the puff pastry and place the fruit mixture lengthways in the middle of the pastry. Fold over half of the dough using the baking paper provided. Peel off the baking paper and brush the dough with cream. Fold the second half of the dough tightly over it and carefully press it down. Using the paper, carefully turn the strudel onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper so that the opening is at the bottom.
  2. Bake in the hot oven at 200 ° (convection 180 °) on the middle rack for 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
